Hey all its paul. Ive posted here and there ust getting info on finishing an lsx7 swap I got of a mate of mine. Anyway cars all done and hsa a run in tune. its got a ls1 out of a vx clubsport. made 246kw. 236 with the intake that is on it.

yes I know its the ronald mcdonald house of charities engine bay.

what intakes are you guys running? I've only put a crappy bent silicon pipe in there. but it made 246kw with an OTR on the dyno.

I was wondering what suggestions you guys might have? was advised to lower the rad maybe one inch and ust put an OTR.

LOL, I like the engine, it's colorful!   :D

OTR is the best option if you can make it fit.   Is that an LS1 or LS6 intake manifold?   Some relatively cheap HP there if you guys can get at them down in Oz easily.

Ls1 im fairly sure. Its a granny speed shop kit amd i think the only thing changed was ecu to a 2002 fbody. Im not 100% sure.. im wanting to cam it and aim for 300kw. Ill be happy then. And maybe nitrous lol

Cool car!

It's hard to tell but it doesn't look like there is a port on top of the intake for emissions crap which would suggest an ls6.

There are LS1 intakes with no EGR, actually.  :)

C5 Corvettes did not have EGR and have no hole for it on the intake manifold.
