A friend in Houston was planning to get one but Texas will not register them as a street vehicle, the OEM is working on it.  They look fun!

They look cool until you actually have to pay for it.. Seems like a vehicle that is cool for your friend to have IMO.. Lol, I want one, but what other vehicles can you get for 23K +? :'(
