Air temp before ignition due to compression alone?

You can't just make up numbers, change that 20 to 10 and tell me what you get.   That is not the missing link, there is something wrong still.

Ooooh yes I can put numbers in there when I have shown a good reason to!  Put 10 bar in there and of course it's going to spit out 100F.  When the formula that is based off of is PV/T=PV/T and the P's and V's are exactly 10X and 1/10th of eachother they're going to cancel out lol.

Mattster is right, you need to look up adiabatic compression.
