ok so your in modified,if you run faster they will move you to pro ??,,i would like to try to run a 9.2 or 9.3,without spraying too much,i have a set of 4:11 gears for the 1/4 rather than my shorttrack 5:13 set,,i really hope i can make it over there soon we race this sunday and friday evening weather permitting,
it's basically just test and tune that they organize by class... import, domestic, outlaw, motorcycle... it's not a competition of any sorts. i will be racing import. i am afraid i'll get booted b/c i will hopefully run sub-11.50 which requires more saftey equipment than i have 
. you should race outlaw and if you are running low 9's you'll probably be one of 5 fastest cars of the night!
what mph will your 4.11's get you and at what RPM?
i have not used the 4:11 yet,,,my 388 is good for 8500 rpm yet i have the top limiter set at 7200,,i would like to try the 5:13 first then try the 4:11's
