Im out of town all this week but how should I ream out the MMR bushing? Im more or less asking what you used dremel or file and any advice.

Drill them out a bit. A dremel or die grinder will work. Just take your time and do a little at a time until you get to the pinion angle where you need it.

I've been working on this swap for a bit and am finally getting around to the diff mock up and install.  Just throwing an observation in here in case others find it useful.

I have Racing Beat sway bars, and would like to keep it that way. But the rear bar *just* fouls on the rear diff cradle at part of it's operational arc. I've pulled off the factory chassis sway bar brackets, and there's room to be able to slot the bracket bolt holes (where the bracket bolts to chassis), so that the mount shifts rearward slightly. I think just 1/8" or so will do it for me, but it looks like there's room on those brackets for a full 1/4" of relocation.
