Hey guys I have a 1990 rx7 with a 13b with blown apex seals amoung other problems. So i want to swap an sr20det I know it would obviously need custom mounts but i was wondering if you guys could help me out with what else it would need.

Do some research.

If you want to build / own a car like that then you need to learn how to figure stuff out for yourself.  Even if someone gave you a list of everything you needed, you're in for a lot more trouble than it's worth if you're not willing to put the work into it. 

Plan on motor mounts, trans crossmember, driveshaft, wiring, fuel system and cooling system mods for starters.

Aka, learn to how find the information, there's plenty of it available. Use the search function see what people say about SR swaps. If there's something specific that you need answered ask, but general 'how do I build my car' questions will probably be brushed off.

There isn't much SR20 information around here;   I'd probably look at what they do on 240 swaps and apply it to the FC.   I'm not aware of off the shelf mods, but that's not a big deal.   Fuel/cooling is the same as any other swap though.

Honestly, I don't feel its worth the effort to swap a SR20 into a FC.

Try my build thread for a list of parts and general FC info.  It's LS1 related but as others have said the principles are the same.

FWIW you can add me to the list of folks who think an SR20 isn't a good call.  The HP/dollar/headache just isn't there.  More importantly, you're taking the road less traveled doing a far less common swap (but there are reasons WHY it's the road less traveled) and that's never a smart thing to do when you're just getting started on heavy car projects.  It'll take you longer to do, info is harder to find, and it'll end up less nice. 

My 0.02.  Good luck either way.  I wrote my build thread for newbies, it's a sticky and pretty well organized so do give it a read.  We actually love the unusual builds around here, it's just that it's not a great idea to one until you have the basics under you belt.
