You need to convert the 2JZ harness to a stand alone configuration where it simply needs BATT +, Ground and IGN +, then interface that into the FC harness like you would any harness. Lots of documentation in this section about how to do that.
As far as fully written guides for a 2JZ, there are none here currently. It's a much less common swap and there is a TON of variance depending on what you get the ECU/harness from. Again, the chassis side hookup is the same no matter the engine though. Voltage is voltage, it's engine agnostic.
