Hello so I would really like some instructions on how to wire a 2jzge to an 88 fc t2 I got it all in just waiting for drive shaft and rad, I am putting in all new gauges, but I'd like to know how to make the fc under hood fuse box work with the 2jzge harness and making the in cab fuse box work as well, i have found the pin out but would like some actual imstructions and pics if possible, thanks in advance for any help

You need to convert the 2JZ harness to a stand alone configuration where it simply needs BATT +, Ground and IGN +, then interface that into the FC harness like you would any harness.   Lots of documentation in this section about how to do that.

As far as fully written guides for a 2JZ, there are none here currently.    It's a much less common swap and there is a TON of variance depending on what you get the ECU/harness from.    Again, the chassis side hookup is the same no matter the engine though.   Voltage is voltage, it's engine agnostic.
