He was posting on here for a bit and I think we all thought it was taken care of. Guess he just couldn't get out from under it. Sad.

Yeah, I know for a fact he took care of probably 8/10 people, but I also know there were a few that I did not hear back from him on, and per discussions with them, there has not been any resolution on.

I really dislike the situation, but unfortunately aside from providing information and facilitating communication, we're somewhat hamstrung.
