ls7 fuel rail covers

Anyone else got these to fit under the stock hood?  I went to put them on my ls7 and the hood is no where near close.  Could have sworn I saw a few of you with them on there.  If so, how did you get the stock hood to close?

in for picture? my ls3 clears with oem fuel rail cover, had to notch the expansion tank area
