Just like the title states, is it possible to install the clutch lines to the slave cylinder with the T-56 fully installed in the car?

Thanks!

Depends.  If you are referring to "plugging in" the clutch line to the quick disconnect of the slave cylinder, then yes, you can do that when the engine is in.  If you are referring to actually "threading in" a clutch line into the slave cylinder and not using the quick disconnet, then no, that must be done before.  Hope this helps.

Sorry, I've been really busy lately and haven't had time to research this topic properly.  As of right now, I have the engine and transmission installed in the car and neither of the ports shown below have anything connected to them.

Is it possible for me to install the clutch line with the engine and tranny in the car?  Also, is a bleeder line a necessity or is the upper fitting that is currently attached to the slave functional?  (I've never worked on clutches before so please forgive me).

Stock bleeder is sufficient, but a remote blessed is recommended for those with little hydrolic experience. Yes u can instal the clutch line with the drivetrain installed, but u can't install the remote bleeder. I use 2 adjustable wrenched and pry against the trans tunnel to push it in.
