A lease in Texas is simply another financing option, with a bonus of having a guaranteed buy-back. If the deal is better than traditional financing then why not lease?
The only negative I've experienced is being ineligible for a diminished value claim following a wreck repair. A dumbass pulled out in front of me trying to cross the street, never saw me until I piled into his drivers door with my leased EVO MR, his insurance fixed my car but I was not eligible for a diminished value claim in Texas because with a lease you do not legally own the car. I traded the car off a year or two later before the lease was up, no different than if I had traditionally financed the car.

Drivetrain / 6l90 fit an FD?

Anyone fit a 6L90 on a swapped FD yet, I did a search but did not find anything here.
I'm getting accustomed to it in my CTSV, and the gear ratio spread is quite nice.

Personal choice, but, that #2 - Mercedes Benz E63 Station Wagon looks like an ugly duckling to me, I much prefer the CTSV wagon for comparison.
The new vette is such a nicer ride than the C6, the auto is amazing, but there are so many of them that every time I go to a local car show I see a parking lot full of C7's and C7 Z06's ... not sure I could pay that much for what everyone else has.
Hellcat, I agree with you there, the Hellcats are nice cars to spend time in and that power/torque curve is the nicest I have seen in an affordable OEM car, add the wonderful auto and 100k mile warranty and this is a nice alternative for a daily. I could not find a charger hellcat at the right price last year so I bought an ODM blue mod'd CTSV sedan (could not find a wagon for the right price
), still regretting that decision a little.

I was surprised they ran on that wet pavement, those guys are either walkin funny due to the heavy brass equipment or they have long term overexposure to race fuel.

I second the recommendation. We visited the memorial when the new towers were still under construction, the experience was so emotional, so empathetic for those that paid with their lives, and so patriotic. Never experienced anything like it in my lifetime.
