The mill light signal from the ecm is a ground.

Last week had the same thing happen to me. I got on it some and lost all power. Threw a  U0107 code. Cleared the code and It did it again if I shut it off and waited it would drive normally for a while. After researching it I found one of the common causes is is a loose ground. After checking the engine grounds I found one was loose on the back of the head. Tightened it and it hasn't happened again.

It was pretty easy on mine but I'm drive by wire. I used the stock cruise control switch, went through the ground side of the switch with positive and then it distributes through the different buttons to the dbw module.

My pcm was already reprogrammed when I drove it the first time. I've never used the predator so I'm not sure on it's capabilities.

When i did mine I entered my tire size into the tire calculator and it gave me the tire height. I entered that into hp tuners along with the 4.10 rear gears and it set the proper vss pulses per mile and it was dead on when I tested it.

AC is one of the things I still have to do also. It's already hit 90 here. Been putting it off because it's such a pita. I've already replaced the evaporator, expansion valve and installed a condensor. I have an ls1 compressor and stock ls1 bracket. Have to make custom lines and will use an rpm window switch and trinary. Just have to get motivated to get it done.

Yeah sounds like low voltage on the battery or a bad battery. The reason I asked about the clicking is both the fc and fd sometimes has a problem with low voltage to the solenoid from the cut relay. I had that problem and determined that's what it was by running a test wire straight from the battery to the solenoid wire.

Is it a slow turn over or a click, click and won't turn over any more after that?

Is the starter solenoid wired through the starter cut relay.
