dont mind the missing power steering pump

Ive had mine BAR'ed for over 5 years. At the time I did it he found what I needed to address, gave me the sticker, and said I would just need to smog it at a Gold shield/Star station. Sadly the ref that passed me has passed.

From what I've always been told, they do not remove engine covers and such to inspect for evap lines/etc

Red exterior and black interior. Clean title, 190k on the gauge cluster. Rebuild was done by Atkins Rotary approx 60k miles ago. Carbon fiber hood, Apexi intake, HKS PFC FCON.
I have receipt for motor work and maintenance. Title in hand. I picked up this car from a customer and decided not to spend time or money into getting it street worthy. The car starts, idles on its own, does not smoke on startup. Bads: interior is beat up. Seats are worn, door panels are broken. Someone put an aftermarket sunroof in it. Heater core leaks. Body has mismatching panels. Registration expired in 2015.

I still need to pull the motor/trans and everything out of it before its ready to sell. I am located in San Bruno near SFO. I encourage any potential buyer that is interested to come look at it first.

Selling it as a rolling chassis for $4500.

So my worker says the other day that my car sounds different. I thought he disconnected something and was messing with me. Took it out for a drive and car had loss of power and bad idle. Didnt make any strange sounds. So I did a spark and compression test. Cylinder 6 had 20psi sometimes and had 150psi one time. Very strange. Pulled off the valve cover and found this. Have no idea how this happened.
