I think I'll just call him Grimm. Since Tracy probably is the father...
-
I always name my dogs dinner. Ever since spending time in eastern Asia I've had a different perspective on dogs ;)
-
Bob.
I have a cat named Bob.. and one named George.
-
Our chocolate labs are Jake and Max, my old one was Bear. Always thought Dean would be a good one for a chocolate.

Enzo, sweet! You should read "The Art of Racing in the Rain." It's about a dog named Enzo. Great story.

I could name him Duke (Bush's Baked Beans) since my last name is Bush.

Just had this situation a few months ago, some tiny black lab/doberman puppy showed up scratching our front door at 11:30pm one night. We already had a dog I named though so my wife ixnayed all my suggestions:
Pistol (cause I answered the door with one just in case)
Moses (baby showing up on the door...)
Small block
Turbo
Jet
Kit and or Hoff
Ladron (spanish for thief)
Burglar
Ended up getting stuck with Lucky. Other dog's name is Kirsche, which is German for Cherry which is my wife's maiden name, I scored points with that idea.

Hate to say it but I ended up giving the dog away a couple days ago, I just dont have the time for him. Im never home in the summer except when im sleeping so I would hate to leave him inside for 16+ hours at a time. And he kinda made a big mess all over my leather couch...
-
Dang. I hope he went to a good home.

Dang. I hope he went to a good home.
He did, I gave him to a really nice young family
-
Awesome.
A co-worker's in-laws had a four month old German Shepard that they were going to take to the shelter because they didn't want her scratching their newly installed laminate hardwood flooring. They've had 26 dogs in 21 years. I can't stand people like that.
-
That's weird, I've had laminate floors and a dog for years, no scratches (and she's a 70+ lbs lab). Maybe they should have just bought higher quality floors.
Eric, good call making sure the dog has a good home. That's a thoughtful thing to do.

They're just weird people. No other way to describe them.
