Definitely not true.  You need one from a c5 corvette.  Other engines used the same part, but the c5 used the pedestals you need on both sides I believe.

Let someone else confirm, but I'm 99% certain.

Sorry I just noticed your car is right hand drive. So it the wrong mount on the pass side.

You need c5/c6 pedestals. I think a gto has one that will work but I'm not sure and I don't know which side. But your pass. Side should look like a mirror image of the driver side.

Oops beat me to it^

That's what I figured...that's why I just said right/left side.

It looks to me like the right side engine mount that goes to the subframe is less offset than the left side.  Am I just delirious with rage right now are is there some truth to this?  I guess what I should ask is do I need two new pedestals or is only one of them offset too much?

Looks like a GTO mount on the left side.

Hmm, interesting.

Interesting indeed...

I just looked up the part number for the C5 vette LH mount and came up with "10260642"

It appears the 04-06 GTO has the same part numbers...WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!?!?!?!?

i'm looking at a pair of gto pedestals off an 04 gto ls1 right now. one has a part number 10260642. based on the pics from this thread (which you posted in lol)

ww.norotors.com/index.php?topic=2881.0

the mount with that part number is the passenger side, if you look at the rear of the pic you see a plug, I believe that is the plug next to the starter which is on the passenger side. that mount looks exactly like yours on the passenger side and the one i'm holding right now. the one you looked up must have it backwards, or they mean from the front of the car as LH

The drivers side one I have looks identical to the one you have on the drivers side. it's part number is 92056790 the number is upside down just above the mounting bolt.

My suspicion is you have a set of GTO mounts and also that the passenger side mount on the GTO (for 04 gto ls1) is the same for the C5 corvette as they share identical part numbers so it should be correct?

Did some more research last night and this is what I came up with...

The mounts I have right now are definitely from a GTO based on the part numbers and geometry.  The C5 stands are symmetrical, and both sides have the same solid chamfer like so:

The GTO mounts on the other hand, have one side the same as the C5 (with a full chamfer) and the other side just has a narrow webbing instead, like so:

As you can see from the pictures up top, there is no way the GTO mounts will fit on the driver's side (my passenger side in the case).  The correct part numbers needed here are 10260642 and 10260643.

So far, the cheapest place I've found these for sale is GM Parts Direct...unless of course someone here has some they'd be willing to sell me. :)
