here is my rx7 when i got it last night


here is my rx7 now i took the stock rx7 off my 1994 ford probe drag car and put them on the rx7 the front tires are 205/55/16 and the rears are 245/45/16







its kinda dirty





kid before me had a audio setup in it and had some speaker in the back glovebox things i dont like that at all


here is how it looks as of tonight


it will be kinda a slow build but there is alot of cleaning and photos to come still and some motor photos tomorrow i hope

You can go way bigger on the rear tires. I think my car had 255s on the front and 285s on the rear. Good luck on the swap.

yes but these are the tires i had on my other car with those rims on it so i though it was better to put the rx7 wheels on the right car atlest intell i get it running then ill get wider tires

its sue not the cleanest but for 3200 im happy i started to clean it last night ill finsh today and post some more photos. yes it made me sick to see that someone would let a rx7 go like this but good thing now is its in someone hands that will take care of it and love it

This was a salvage title, correct?  Unless I missed it, whats the reason for the salvage title?

Just from what I read on the local forum the carfax says it's been totalled 3 times then the odometer is wrong and then stolen and repainted from red to black with silver race stripes.

yea that seems to be what they are saying, when i ran the vin i just found it was stolen but other have found more on it i guess

When I ran it at work it had jumped around alot its life and has shown salavage title muliple times but never gave descriptions.

thats pertty much what i seen. there is no where that i can find where the body/frame is bent there is no rust. the underside is super clean there is not even a missing bolt under the car. but i also know that if its mine it always seems to be wrose off them if someone else had it  there is no bends or weld marks or anytihng in the motor bay or subframe also for being repaint they did a ok job the door openings and the motor bay cuz i cant find any red on the car

got alittle done today cleaned it up some more and got it turned around in the shop

paid for door handle and got alittle more work done on the car
also went and got it put in my name today

been cleaning but i kinda gave up intell i get the motor and everything out so i can tow it to the car wash and really clean it and its to cold to wash it
