Polyurethane Pinion Snubber

So I was out at the store and found these polyurethane bump stops.  I want to see how similar these are to the 'Help' bump stops that everyone else uses on FCs.  Could someone post up how long the 'help' snubber is?

Here's a pic with my snubber in my hand....  (Yea, it's funny)

I need to trim the tip off because it's too long and slides to the side. (I haven't done that yet)
Yours looks like it might work better.
