has anyone seen a kit that doesn't have to cut up the trans to mount the shifter in the front plate?

Can you just buy a shifter and make a relocation bracket like the one above for it? Or is there not enough room?

i was thinking about that get two plates and bolt it in place and just move it foward i think i might do that
