SOLD - 1993 Silverstone Metallic FD with LS2/T56 Swap
« on: September 13, 2012, 03:50:20 AM »
I have decided it’s time to sell my 1993 Silverstone Metallic FD and move onto a different project (either another sports car or a ’69 Mach 1 Mustang – think pro touring). The car is in mint condition with 85,235 original miles on the chassis (not that really matters because everything was replaced with either new OEM or aftermarket parts during the swap). Since I completed the swap in April/May 2009 the car has a little less than 5,500 trouble free miles on it. The exterior has been professionally repainted a little over 1 year ago with OEM Silverstone Metallic paint and is 10 out 10. The car is kept in the garage under a dust cover and only driven on sunny days (yes a rarity here in the Pacific Northwest – hence the low miles on the car, before and after the swap). The interior is 9.8 out of 10 (a couple very minor scratches on some of the original OEM plastic pieces). The build date of the vehicle is 7/92 (little over 20 years old). Car was recently (June 27, 2012) appraised for insurance purposes at $35,000.00 replacement value. I have a stack of receipts/paperwork that will come with the car, plus some additional spare parts. The LS2 is basically stock (aside from the CAI and the exhaust systems) and put down 377 rwhp and 370 ftlbs of torque. With a little head work and a decent cam 450 rwhp is very doable. This car runs and drives great!

This car was also featured as a "Ride of the Month" for September 2010 and won "Ride of the Year" for 2010-2011 on norotors.com

Asking Price: $25,500.00 OBO (no trades). Please don’t waste your time or mine with low ball offers. Best ways to reach me is either PM me here or email me at rprunnells@gmail.com.

Clean title in hand (VIN: JM1FD3318P0209453)
Car is titled in Oregon
Car location: Eugene, Oregon
Willing to ship (buyer pays all shipping charges/fees).

Note: All “new” swap parts have less than 5,500 miles on them since the swap.

There are tons of pictures available in my gallery: http://www.norotors.com/index.php?action=media;area=mya;sa=delete;in=189. Check out the build section for more detailed pictures taken during the build.

Wow, this is probably the nicest all around swapped FD in existence.   GLWS, not that you need it, that's a stupid cheap price for what you have.

So clean.  I hate that you're selling it, but honestly, whoever buys this is buying more than they know.  Amazing.
